What methods does Dr. Ramirez Gavidia Use?

At RG Plastic Surgery and Rejuvenation Spa, Dr. Ramirez Gavidia primarily uses Juvederm® and Restylane® in his lip procedures. Both of these hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are extremely reputable and have given countless patients beautiful lip augmentation results. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body and absorbs over time.

Each injection session typically lasts no longer than 30 minutes. Patients are advised not to apply lipstick to their lips for the first few days after treatment. While side effects like bruising, swelling, redness, and tenderness at the injection site are common, these also typically subside within a few days of treatment.

Am I a good candidate for Lip Augmentation?

Nearly anyone interested in improving the appearance of their lips is a potential candidate for lip enhancement. Ideal patients should be non-smokers that are in good health.
